Do you have rental clubs?
No. Please bring your own clubs.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking time. No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of your booking or for no-shows.
How far in advance can I book?
Non-members may book up to 5 days in advance. Members may book up to 2 weeks in advance.
Do you provide balls and tees?
Yes, we provide balls and tees. Outside balls and tees are not allowed due to the risk of damaging the equipment.
Do you have staff on-site?
Yes and no. Staff may or may not be on-site, as the facility can be run fully automated and is continuously monitored.
What if something is wrong with the facility or equipment?
Please report any issues to hybisgolf@gmail.com as soon as possible. We monitor the facility and equipment daily.
How do I enter the facility?
During non-lesson hours when no staff are present, a passcode will be provided for entry.
How do I book and pay for my tee time?
Bookings and payments for bay rentals are made through our booking site. Lesson bookings are made through the Jane.app website.
What are your hours?
Private lessons and member bay rentals are available from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Member and public bay rentals are available from 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
Can I bring food or drinks?
No food is allowed. Only bottled drinks or drinks with caps are permitted.
Are kids allowed?
Yes. Minors are allowed but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Can I host a party or event?
Please email hybisgolf@gmail.com for information on hosting an event. The entire facility must be booked for a minimum of 3 hours.
Do your bays support both left- and right-handed golfers?
Our TrackMan bay supports both right- and left-handed golfers. The GC Quad bay is limited to right-handed golfers only.
Is pricing per person or per bay?
Pricing is per bay, with a maximum of 4 players per bay.
Is there parking available at your location?
Yes, free parking is available at the plaza.
Will I be on security cameras?
Public areas are recorded 24/7 for safety and rule enforcement. Disruptive behavior may result in account suspension or penalties. Non-public areas, such as washrooms, are not recorded.
Do you offer golf lessons?
Yes. World-class coaching is available from Coaches Lucas Kim and Sang Lee. Lessons can be booked via Jane.app.
Can I bring my coach (or student)?
Yes. However, non-Hybis coaches are subject to higher rates during public bay rental hours and must receive approval from a Hybis coach. Unauthorized instruction may result in a ban from future facility use.
Can I invite guests?
Yes, as long as the total group does not exceed 4 people. The person who makes the booking is responsible for the behavior of all guests.
Can I record my swing and review videos?
Yes. Instant swing video replay is available, and you may also use your own cameras.
How do I turn on the simulator?
A 1-minute instructional video will be sent at the time of booking explaining how to use TrackMan or GC Quad.
I want to play longer after my booking. What should I do?
You must book an additional hour online before your current session ends, subject to availability.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email or access link. What should I do?
